Update: We recently had an HOA board meeting and pond number 5, which is behind our house, was discussed. During the building and sale process I was assured the pond would would be filled in (or that it had been filled in at one point which according to phase 1 buyers, was a lie)… that it was a detention/drainage pond and that rain could fill it. All media/pamphlets shared with us showed a beautiful blue pond behind our home, but during the HOA meeting it came to light that the “pond” can not and will not hold water for long... read more
Our experience with Kelsie Ramos was incredible! She took the time during our appointment to be completely focused on us and answer any questions we had. Even after we left she was very responsive to our questions by email and a couple of phone calls. We finally did get our contract signed and made all the decisions, now looking forward to our move in January! Kristen Cooley from NVR mortgage was also very accessible for our pre-approval and now moving forward with the mortgage!
