I do not usually write reviews but for this one I had to. The first time I viewed this property with my husband, we just knew we loved it! so, we scheduled an appointment to meet who I refer to till today, an angel!!!Marion Campbell. Before you sign the contract, make sure what exact options you will get including the price. Go through step by step. Also they will make you to pay the taxes on the closing documents usually the taxes paid by the seller. So closing cost the seller helps is not that much helpful cause you will end up paying the some seller's portion. Since we moved in, No heating at basement and first floor, No internet until as of today, No washing machine (Broken defected item). Be aware!
