Khu nhà ơ sạch sẽ văn minh có bảo trì định kỳ khu vực cảnh quan đô thị nhưng cửa sau của khu nhà ở nên có lối đi lên, xuống cho xe lăn hoặc scooter, cửa quá hep nhỏ, nếu có lối lên xuống cho wheelchair thì quá tốt tiên cho đi chợ mua sắm tôi rất thích ở khu nhà này

Worthless people. Do NOT waste your time. Easy mistakes are made that ends up delaying and credit pulls costing you more money. Your Ernest money is refundable but if you are found “IN GOOD FAITH” they will do anything to find you at fault.

I would not recommend living in this community if you own more than one car or plan to have guests over occasionally. Residents with two vehicles are expected to park in their garage and driveway, which can be impractical for those who use their garage for storage. If we knew parking was going to be an issue, we would’ve never bought a home here. Parking is absolutely horrid. They refuse to respond and started towing cars because there is absolutely no where to park. For the record I usually get home around 2-4pm and there’s never parking. They also took a full week to address the snow storm we had a couple months ago. On top of all of in a BRAND NEW HOUSE there were immediate problems with the build quality. Parking in the neighborhood is miserable. They keep building more houses and refuse to add more parking. Multiple people have been towed from the neighborhood and their suggestion for parking is parking across the street at the commuter lot where they can’t guarantee if you’ll be towed from there either. If you have multiple cars I would not suggest moving in to this neighborhood as you will struggle to park them anywhere.
