Edit: I still stand by my original review although I am changing from 1 stars up to 3. Because my experience with the higher ups of Ryan homes and Elisha in warranty requests. They took all of my complaints and experience seriously. I felt listened to and validated. It’s unfortunate the experience before this that I had but I hope that it’s a learning experience for the Lynchburg team and they are able to improve in the expectations that they set with clients through the sales process. We simply love our new townhome and the beautiful community of Locust Thicket. We are so grateful for our sales rep Jess Towler. She went above and beyond for us to make this possible. She made choosing this community super easy. As a matter of fact, we saw and purchased the same day. The whole experience from start to finish was 5 stars. I first contacted Brennan who answered all my initial questions and more. He was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to throughout the whole process and even sent pictures along the way documenting the construction of our home. Alex also was very knowledgeable about all the ins and outs of the construction process and was very accessible. From the moment I inquired about this community to the moment I received my keys was a roller coaster of course (regular process of buying a home), but EVERYONE was absolutely amazing during the process. From when I first signed my papers with Jessica Towler, meeting her partner Brennan Smith, my loan officer Cameron Martel Cooper, project manager Alex Queen and a few others that stepped in to assist as well, I honestly have nothing but great things to say.
