We had a recently purchased a new build at the Greenwood Village location. Katie Chauvet is a phenomenal person to work with. She will go above and beyond for whatever needs you have in mind. She’s communicative and makes the process of purchasing a home very smooth.
My wife and I moved here earlier this summer and have had nothing short of an incredible all around experience. Starting with the tour and introduction we had with Katie Chauvet, to the building process and walk through with Ryan Miller and Jordan Morgart, to the warranty items with James Budzeak.
