Building our first home at Greenwood Village has been such an amazing experience so far! The entire team at Ryan Homes but especially Katie are amazing. We were nervous being first time home buyers but Katie made the experience so easy and explained every step of the process to us thoroughly. The neighborhood is beautiful and we’re so excited to be moving here!
First time building a home and we were expecting it to be very stressful and time consuming. Katie Chauvet, Jordan and Ryan made it seamless and stress free. Any questions we had were answered in a very timely manner and we couldn't be happier with how the whole experience went. We can't wait to move in! 5/5
