I would give GLM about 3 stars. The buying experience and building experience was great. Jake was great. After you move in, is a different story. The things that we were sold.. like a walking path around the community, etc will not come true. The home is average, a lot of things could be improved including quality of the home and frequent warranty visits, including multiple cracks in the foundation. Part of the neighborhood is under construction. There's two managers. The manager named Jacob is very professional. The lady named Jordan probably should be kept away from the public.
I’d be cautious before buying here. Realtors tend to overpromise what this neighborhood offers and don’t always deliver. Important details can also be left out—for example, some homes aren’t allowed to build fences.
We have had the pleasure of working with Josephine Minnaugh (Sr. Sales Representative) in this community, and our experience has been exceptional.
