I would like to start by telling if you are in the process of purchasing a Ryan’s home please don’t. I will start by saying the quality of the tradesman’s is absolutely horrible. Our home was finished in Nov. 17. 23 in Elizabeth City, NC the Foxhaven subdivision. Since we moved in we have multiple issues with our home and absolutely no response from Ryan homes. My home buying experience thus far has been outstanding, largely due to the professionalism and general kindness of Michelle Geronimo (our sales rep for Ryan Homes). This is our 1st home purchase and her constant communication and willingness to answer any questions/concerns we have(which are many) has been invaluable.
