We love this community and with the help of Kris Duncan and Jake Fincher made the move into our home a wonderful experience!
For a first time home buyer Ryan homes and Jake Fincher did an amazing job for me and my new family. Kept us well informed throughout the whole building process and made it as easy as possible. Definitely would recommend Ryan homes but most of all the project manager that was over our house was outstanding.

Giving this shout out to Kris and Logan. Fantastic guys and Amazing professionals. I had a vibrating sound coming through the roof from my new water heater in my weststone home and was really concerned about it. Ryan Homes quickly sent them out to investigate and they stayed untop of it until the issue was resolved. They investigated and promptly scheduled meetings with the manufacturer of the device and the plumbing team to come take a look. January 2023. We have been in our home for 18 months now. During the first year we had a few warranty issues which were taken care of soon after we contacted the warranty department. We want to say thank you to Kris the Warranty Supervisor, who is very knowledgeable, polite and attentive to our issues, ensuring we were satisfied with our repairs.
