Ryan homes built our home in Edinburgh. It started out great, loved the people we were working with. The problems with quality and warranty began right after closing...furnace went out the second week. Now I can't get them to talk to me or answer me anymore. Do your research and check their reviews, because after the build you'll be dealing with the cooperate office.
We have had a good experience building with Ryan Homes. Derek helped us with the sales process. Antonio, the project manager, took over with the building process. He kept us up-to-date and answered all our many questions during the building of our home. Antonio didn't leave us hanging when our house was built and we have moved in. He is still very helpful with questions about our new home and keeps in touch with us.
The sales portion of the process is all smoke & mirrors. Our salesman said absolutely anything he needed to get us into this home/contract. He told us exactly what we wanted to hear. I specifically asked about multiple subjects and was assured I would be so happy about it. Several things we were promised have never happened. When asked, we were put off, delayed or simply ignored. So far, every step of the process has been easy and smooth. Derek has been wonderful to work with! My girls and I are excited to build our first Ryan Home, and we are looking forward to the rest of the process.
