All in all, I give Ryan Homes 4 out of 5 stars & I will explain why. My husband and I started the process of getting our new home built in Raleigh, North Carolina with Ryan Homes March of 2024. Since we were not in the state of NC at the time, we did a zoom call after we filled out the initial application with a Mr. Bobby. He showed us a blueprint of how the house would more or less look, dimensions and options such as what color do you want your cabinets in the kitchen? Granite or marble kitchen counters? Jake's management of our new house was exceptional. His attention to detail, clear communication, and genuine care made the process smooth and rewarding. Kristian is also very helpful in making buying process really smooth.
My wife and I will be joining the neighborhood in October and we are beyond excited! Kristian made the buying experience extremely easy and comfortable. As first time home buyers, I could not image a smoother process.
