Gun shots every night! Since installing our ring security system all we get is notifications about gun shots in the area. The bottom line is we do not feel safe in this community and backing on to a busy intersection makes this even worse. We have raised concerns also with the trash containers as this community is continually a mess and we have non residents of the community dumping trash as anyone can easily gain access to the community. We bought this home while moving from out of state. Unfortunately we’re not able to be as involved in the process as we would have liked to have been moving from Texas. We felt we were told what we wanted to hear, about being an end unit and location of the unit. We found out shortly before the completion of construction that we would be backing onto a road and essentially a construction site for the foreseeable future. I moved to this community because my best friend bought a home here and I’m renting a room from here. I wasn’t here to see the construction process nor did a deal with sales people, so I can’t comment on that aspect, but we did have to submit several warranty requests after she moved in. Because my friend is frequently out of town and I work from home, I dealt with Alissa (or Alyssa?) and it’s been such a smooth process. I wish I could give zero star if I can. Will never buy from Ryan Homes. All they want is your money, WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

My home is not perfect in every detail but I wasn’t buying an expensive custom home, so I’m pleased with what I got for the price I paid for it. I hope Ryan Homes changes their paint, though. While I like the color, it’s very neutral, it’s marked easily. Don’t attempt to clean the marks with a wet rug, or you’ll ruin it. Fence - we have a partition board between units but I wish our yards were fenced off.
