Buyer beware of homes built by Ryan in Berkeley Villas and run fast to another home builder in the area. My wife and I bought our first Ryan home in 1992 and it was great. We recommended Ryan to our daughter who purchased and moved into a new Ryan townhome in Berkeley this summer. It has been nothing but trouble and disappointment from day 1. Met with Miranda yesterday. She was so friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and very helpful. We thank her for her time and loved the spacious townhouses with the quality master bedroom downstairs. They offer so many nice upgrades, and the neighborhood is lovely. Thank you Miranda for everything!
