Buyer beware of homes built by Ryan in Berkeley Villas and run fast to another home builder in the area. My wife and I bought our first Ryan home in 1992 and it was great. We recommended Ryan to our daughter who purchased and moved into a new Ryan townhome in Berkeley this summer. It has been nothing but trouble and disappointment from day 1.
