It's a lovely neighborhood that is well maintained. What I love about the neighborhood is the location, it is tucked away from the busy streets yet within minutes you are on main street.
My husband and I are so ecstatic about our new home!! The first time we rode through Berkely Ranches, I knew it was where I wanted to live. Everyone with Ryan Homes have been excellent to work with. We just had our New Home Owner orientation. I cannot say enough about the wonderful experience we had from start to finish. From the moment we signed the contract with Johnathan to the full building process we had with John Christmas, our Project Manager. John's knowledge of every little detail surpassed any requirements. Buying at the Berkeley Ranches was easy. We had a smooth transition from different sales representatives. Picking out options/upgrades was somewhat confusing. We had to ask about some upgrades as they weren’t mentioned to us. In the future, maybe a catalog or an online website showing all available choices and upgrades would help prospective buyers.
Berkeley Ranches was our choice for relocating from Florida as soon as we drove thru the neighborhood. RJ Gist was our sales contact and he really helped us with our lot, our home choices inside and out and made us feel welcomed and comfortable with everything.
