Helped our daughter buy her first home from Ryan in Berkeley in July 2024. My wife and I bought our first home from Ryan in 1992. This most recent experience in Berkeley has been disappointing for our daughter. No hot water first week, multiple roof leaks, tripping breakers, etc. Just came up on her first anniversary in the home and Ryan was having neighbors mark issues they wanted repaired at the one year ownership mark.
