No a bad community however be prepared to spend some money installing a water softener there's HARD WATER we've only been in the house for 2 months I'm already seeing residue in my dryer if it's not taken care of it can ruin your appliances. So if you have not closed yet start doing your research

This is 252 Stallion. My girlfriend was naive enough to close on this home. She was a first time home buyer. She was told, if she does not close the home on a scheduled date, she would lose her rate and she fell for it. She closed on a home that came with lots of cosmetic defects. Which was totally her fault. I was on a business trip and did not have a chance for any inspection before closing. Once you close the house you are on your own. My husband and I had an amazing experience in purchasing our home in Belle Air through Ryan Holmes. The staff there was amazing and helpful and was very prompt and answering any questions that we had. They also worked with our schedule to meet to sign important documents. I would recommend them to anyone who is in the market for a new home. Madison Grant was so amazing and very friendly.
