Buyer beware!!! They sold us a hazardous environment!! We bought a new Ryan homes and all started having bad health symptoms. We realized after living there a little over 3 months that there was insufficient attic ventilation and the soffit vents were covered and we thought it was toxic mold causing our problems when we a few weeks later found the duct work was filled with drywall dust (silica) We have had to leave our home for the sake of our 1.5 year old 3.5 year old and our son we are expecting in less than a week after c... read more
As a first time home buyer, our experience with Ryan Homes was amazing! We had the best project manager, Rachael, who kept us so involved and updated on everything. No question was a dumb question. And she truly made it feel that way!! So thankful
