My wife and I are most delighted to have found a home in Arcadia North Villas Community. In recent years, we desired to live in a geographical location (as a geographer) and a community we could call HOME, and we found one in this community. We wish to express our gratitude to Denice Putt for helping us to make the process easy. This is a dlightful experience for my wife, our daughter, and my humble self. Thank you Ryan Homes.
I would give this "zero" stars if there was such an option. I had such a horrible experience working and interacting with Denice Putt at Arcadia North Villas. I mean she has no certain idea of which unit is available or not. People had warned me not to buy a home with Ryan homes, now I know what they meant. I was looking at their model and wanted to get the one with the walkout basement. Denice told me that there was only one left (290B) as the person who had previously booked it decided to move to a new unit. I drove to the... read more
