Drew Broker and the team at Ryan’s homes have been outstanding. Drew has been our main contact person. Even when it was something not in his area he would take it on and get the answers. Drew is personable, respectful and very accommodating. I highly recommend purchasing a home through Ryan’s Homes.
The maintenance crew dispatched to my home for repairs, consisting of Donnie, Mack and Zach, are hands-down, the most professional crew I've ever had the pleasure of meeting or having in my home. The guys were punctual, polite and took the initiative to remove their shoes before entering my home. Shout out to Perry! Perry is the best. He gave me and my husband so much information about the home buying process while we was in contract he answered all our questions he gave us hope even when me and my husband didn’t have none. When I came to Adams Landing in Elizabeth City, NC, I did not expect that I would be purchasing a home. I honestly came out of curiosity. From the beginning, I was expecting the worst; I wasn't even sure if I'd be qualified. Not to mention that I came to Elizabeth City from Smithfield, VA. So, I thought that finding the place was going to be a challenge. On the way there, my GPS started to malfunction.
