We would highly recommend Ryan Hicke. He was patient, honest, organized and an overall great guy. We are from Ontario, flew to Calgary for 3 days. He showed us 14 condos in one day, not stressful, a great day and we were able to leave with our dream condo in Calgary. Wouldn't think of using anyone else in the future. My wife and I recently purchased a house and sold ours using Ryan. He has been amazing to work with. For the purchase of our new house he was very accommodating showing us multiple properties, and when we found the one we liked we were able to come to a quick agreement with the seller with his guidance. For our house it was conditionally sold within 3 days, and I attribute this to Ryan setting up multiple open houses, great pictures of our house and video for social media.
