I was very happy with my first visit. Staff were very friendly. The dentist and hygienist were thorough and explained things exceptionally well.

I liked the office but I was given one cost at the front desk and when I went to leave I was told it was $23 higher than initially quoted. When I asked about the quote paper I signed I was told it would just be applied to my account if it was over. I was a little confused as to why the quote paper couldn't just be found in my file and confirmed? I think the front office needs better communication with admin so it kind of made me feel like perhaps this isn't the right office for me. I'm not big on overpaying and then applying... read more

I was over charged for services that did not work. Your dentist was suppose to cement my bridge back in! As soon as I left your office it came off! I was charged $236 for which I believe is wrong! I called your office within an hour of leaving and given double talk. I need a dentist that believes in helping the patient and their work not about how much money they can get!
