I had such a great experience with Sabrena Torres at Ryan Ford!! Sabrena is the best sales person I have ever had. She works very hard to get you into the car that you want and is very honest and up front on what you can/cannot afford. The vehicle that I wanted with the options that I wanted was no in stock at Ryan, but Sabrena went on the hunt and found exactly what I wanted and had it brought in from another dealership. My mother n law was looking for a new vehicle. I checked the local dealers and 1 other out of town dealer. A friend suggested Ryan Ford and Mark Jones. I looked at the available Escapes on their website and picked the one I thought she would like. I spoke to Mark and gave him the stock number. He gave me a price that beat all others. The whole crew at Ryan Ford was fantastic. Steve Fox was the salesperson I dealt with, and he was extremely reasonable, friendly, honest and transparent. It was a no-pressure sales process throughout. Don't buy anywhere else! I have been buying my vehicles from Curtis since 1990. He has always been straight forward and never played games. I have followed him everywhere he has been.
