On January the 6th we had that most amazing experience with purchasing our truck and all who was involved. The nightmare started after. We had a trade in and I started asking about 10 days later when I started getting calls from our lender and contacted Ryan Ford and asked when they were going to pay off the balance of our trade-in and they told me it takes 10 business days which was close.
