This facility does not honor their OWN 15 minute grace period. I arrived to the location for 1045 appointment at 10:59 and they would not see me stating I was outside of my grace period. It is not the patients fault because you overbooked and another provider left the office for the day so you decide not to honor grace periods.The front staff is rude and unprofessional and will not be rescheduling with them.

The doctor I saw 6 months ago was very rude and short. The doctor I saw today HAD THE WORST bedside manner I have ever seen. And someone that works in healthcare I was very surprised. I have never been that mad. His tone of voice and the way he was speaking to me was not okay. Thankfully the office manager did make things right but I will NEVER go back to another Ryan foot and ankle clinic.
The staff is nice . Got an appointment fast . Since I have limited insurance coverage I think the doctor was conservative in his treatment plan ....
Wonderful experience made getting a shot in my foot as painless as possible. Caring and nice group of people.
I have worked for this company for 2.5 years. These are great doctors and I have wonderful co-workers and managers. I absolutely love my job and love caring for our patients.

The Dr I saw was fine, and helpful. Their billing department however is another story. I was told I needed to pay my bill in full to meet my deductible. No problem. I did so. I had to ask for it to be itemized, but they did comply. Nearly one year later, three phone calls, one bill for $100+ (which they took care of) and another for $6.62 and they are still trying to get money out of me, for something I already paid for, and have proof of. Stay away from this place.
RecommendedProfessional and courteous staff. They were very caring and attentive to my needs. Hats off especially to Dr. Garcher!!
