I was scheduled an appointment like any other, but when they asked about insurance and I stated Medicaid, she seemed confused. She asked me 6 questions about who the provider was. You should probably teach your representatives what Medicaid is if they will be asking insurance based questions. The following rep that reached out to schedule an appointment, for my (unbeknownst to me) uncovered bill, highly pressured me to take off work so that I could attend on short notice. I had a confirmed (at least twice) with Dr Glaser to care for a corn on the bottom of my right big toe. When I got there I was placed in a room. When the doctor came in it was not Dr Glaser but rather someone I had never seen. He did not say anything to me but just shaved some skin off the corn, put a few drops of some med on it, wrapped it and told me to come back in two weeks!! NO WAY I WILL EVER GO BACK THERE!!
