Admin portion was a little slower than it used to be. Medical portion was a little more painful than I'm used to. Technical portion was perfect.
Great staff and care specialist. They listen to their patients and give the best care.
I didn’t have the chance to be treated by Dr. Borns and here’s why. I booked an appointment almost a month ago after seeing the great reviews. I took the day off work and arrived early, only to find the office closed and locked. A nurse from another office told me the space was unusable due to a recent car accident. I never received a call or text about rescheduling. I understand unexpected events happen, but the lack of communication was disappointing. I won’t be rescheduling.
On time and professional. Dr. Borns is the best both clinically and courteously. Well explained. Keep Ginger on the desk!. She was very helpful to me.
