Today marks my one month journey with cross fit. I started this venture to help erase some of the damage I have caused from my sedentary lifestyle. The workouts have been just what I’ve needed to jump start my fitness. The trainers make sure that you learn every move safely, and push you to your limit every class. Thanks to trainer Kyle and the rest of the staff, I’ll be dancing into my 42nd birthday!
