After 59 years of being "Like a Rock", tearing up knees, shoulders, back, etc... Carrying anything, no matter how heavy or how far.... Jumping, dragging, slamming... Has taken its toll! Now, thanks to several months of cross fit at Ferns, I'm reversing the damage! Long since atrophied jumping,dragging, carrying, and slamming muscles are waking up! May never again be "Like a Rock", but thanks to Ashley, at least I'm on the way!
