Very professional. Love how he gave us more options before surgery.
Great personality & manner.
The procedure itself went as expected. However, post op service went downhill. Little help or customer service with insurance and next to no empathy during the healing process at post op appointments. Rushed through xray and doctor visits. At one point, doctor even looked at his watch while I was describing issues during my 6 month visit. As of 8-17, still trying to settle insurance/billing from Feb after paying over 7k prior to surgery for billing to tell me I have been blocked from receiving bills since I would call after ... read more
