The overall care that was provided was okay and the staff was GREAT! I completed my treatment, which was over 20K, not cheap at all. Fast forward to today, I've had issues with a crown coming off.... I've called and left multiple voicemails over the last couple of years with no return phone calls or requests to be seen... I will not be giving this business additional time or money... please don't use this dentist, all they want is your hard earned money and then they ghost you.
My experience at Full Arch Masters Dental Lab with Dr. Dunlap and the entire office staff was excellent from start to finish. This was my first visit, and everyone made me feel welcomed and comfortable the moment I walked in. The office staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the entire process. Absolutely amazing people here! I had my all on 4 top arch done here in December and I Absolutely love them. I got all my extractions and implants the same day. I cant even put into words what it feels like to have my smile back. Definitely recommend this place!
