Had used KP e-visit (Dr. Tim Grayson) for redness and swelling on face. He recommended evaluation at Urgent Care (Aurora Centrepoint). Wait times were reasonable, and staff (from check in to medical staff) were pleasant/friendly and helpful. Dr. Paterson took the time to explain his understanding of the medical issue and treatment procedure. He and nursing staff were engaging and made us feel comfortable. Dr. Grayson was very helpful and explained his evaluation and recommendations. Very much appreciate the care provided!
