My fiancé was experiencing hematuria when we were referred to Dr. Chartrand. Although he didn’t think it was prostrate cancer, he had my fiancée go through many procedures which then determined there was cancer. Dr. Chartrand was very informative and compassionate with options. Everything has gone well with the options and we continue to follow up with him. Dr. Chartrand is always on time for appointments, and always spends enough time with us during appointments. Highly recommend him!
Just got a got to pay on my bill or it goes to collections. I’ve been there only 1. And I’m on Medicaid spend down so I dropped it off cuz I reached my spend down. Told her I never got another bill. Then she says listen ur bill accumulates and it was this and then than like I got different bills that added up to what were at now that’s why it’s going to collections. Well NO. Dr Chartrand over books his patients so he can make top dollar. He could care a less how long his patients wait in the waiting room. He wants you to arrive early because his time is more valuable than ours!!!!
I’d give him a 0 if it was possible. Not for his bedside manner or his treatment of me as a patient while my bill was paid in full. During a difficult time, I ended up with a copay that even blue cross can’t explain to me. Not sure how but the copay was overlooked. When I needed surgery, I contacted the office and was told I had been terminated as a patient for non payment and no doctor in the practice was allowed to see me.
