I highly recommend Dr. Nielsen and his staff!
Visited them this week because I wanted to meet a Physical Therapist and this location is new in town. Three receptionist told me it was impossible for me to meet any therapist unless I show insurance card and I schedule an appointment. Refused to even introduce a PT and they kept repeating that stated schedulers keep them (PTs) so busy that they don’t even have 5 mins for a break, let alone meet a new patient.
