It is evident that Dr. Vu has neglected his duties and disregarded the care of my father, who is nearly 80 years old and has had a pacemaker since 2022.Dr. Vu appears to believe that a heart rate of 20 beats per minute is sufficient for sustaining life, or that it is acceptable for my father to be in a perpetual state of emergency, requiring immediate access to resuscitation equipment. My son saw Doctor John Krouse on July 1st 2024. Doctor Krouse was being very ruled and unprofessional. He kept yelling to me “you are not listening” when I asked clarification questions. His unprofessional behavior put extra stress on his parents. We would never want to see him again.

Dr Karam makes you feel as though you are his only patient. Attentive to my and family members questions and to my emotional state simultaneously. He mindfully and respectfully delivers difficult information in a distilled manner. Kindly answers the same questions over again. I’ve never felt rushed and absolutely know if I have an issue he or someone on his team will be there regardless of day or time.
