Rude staff. They make faces and slow down the process to be seen. The front desk girl (Anna Martinez) seemed to want to find a way to ensure I wouldn’t be seen today. Disappointing, uncouth, unnecessary
The wait time is horrible (2-hour wait) and the staff does not fill prescriptions and will cancel your appointment without informing you. The doctor did not communicate the results of my procedures and was short with me for asking questions. Very disappointing.
Dr. Barrientos is very informative and takes the time to explain what you need to know. Tells you what you need to focus on to improve your quality of life.

I saw Dr. Barrientos to schedule a colonoscopy. He was professional although the wait time was excessive. The office scheduled my colonoscopy but for some reason they could not do what they needed to do to get the prep solution to me. I called repeatedly, my pharmacists sent them messages, my insurance company tried to reach them. They would not submit the necessary paperwork to get the prep they insisted on using approved. I’ve been seeing dr Barrientos for 3 years now after having an emergency abdominal surgery. He explains things well and helps narrow down symptoms better than any other doctor I’ve had.
Dr. Barrientos listened to my concerns and put my mind at ease with a plan to move forward. He is caring. Would recommend him highly.
After seeing numerous gastro doctors with no diagnosis, Dr. Barrientos sent me for a test and quickly identified my problem. He spent time going over the test results and his plan of treatment. I highly recommend him.
