I went to sharp ER with a with a bowel infection I got Barnes as my Surgen. He cut on me twice. He did a hernia repair without consulting me . I knew I had the hernia, it wasn’t bothering me, he worked on it without discussing it with me and it bothers me every day .
I’ve worked in Internal Medicine for 30 years, I’ve seen my share of physicians. Dr. Barnes saw my quadriplegic brother at Sharp Memorial. He’s absolutely fantastic. He ordered the wound care nurses to use fantastic healing supplies for an acute wound. He has a an excellent bedside manner! Most people talk at me rather than my brother (as tho my brother can’t comprehend, when in fact he can). Dr. Barnes spoke at and to my brother. He’s a real person treating real people. Dr. Barnes is second to none!
The worst DR ever. I had minor surgery and he just messed me up
