I recently had a preventative care visit with Dr. Baker, and I was shocked to later receive an unexpected bill with additional charges that I believe were wrongfully applied. According to my insurance plan, preventative care should be fully covered, yet I was charged for services that were neither explained to me beforehand nor necessary for the visit. Dr. Baker and Tia are the best primary practitioners out there. So happy I found them to be my care team. Tia has been amazing with trying to get to the bottom of spontaneous health issues I have been having for months and I couldn’t be more grateful. Marjorie is always speedy with trying to squeeze you in if you have something urgent which I really appreciate as well.
When I needed him most.....he failed me....as did his staff and phone service. I have ended uo in the ER at the cost of $1000 out of pocket due to his failures and lack of medical ethics. He is FIRED!!!!!
Dr. Baker made me feel completely at ease, even as a new patient. He was attentive, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. His approachable manner and thorough care gave me complete confidence in his treatment. I’m grateful to have found such a reliable and down-to-earth doctor.
