Could we give more than 5 stars? We highly recommend Ryan and his team. Ryan is proactive, very organized, detailed, and thorough. He arranged for the home inspector to come out prior to listing our home, which allowed us to repair minor issues and assured any potential buyers the home was in good condition. Ryan held weekly calls with us and was literally a text or call away for any questions about the process.
