Dr. Hankins telehealth visit was extremely important for me He communicated with me through the medstar portal and connecting by telephone. When we talked it was apparent he had throughly read my records and was well versed on my symptoms and concerns. It’s as though he had known me for a period of time. Medstar got me into my appointment on time. The support staff were business-like and efficient. Dr. Hankins is very pleasant, accurately communicative, and supportive. Parking at the PHC takes some patience - one must find one's way through a maze.
