everything was great ,except the elevator was out of order
Had an informative visit. All my questions were answered. Facility was clean.
The receptionist was highly rude, and dismissive toward me, and ignored me. I explained that Mychart didn't show the appointment, and I called to my doctors office for the address, and appointment time. Somehow, I was directed to Bronson Cardiology by this information. So, Bronson helped guide me to Beacon. The receptionist didn't want to hear anything I said.
