Dr Kaplan is a phenomenal gastroenterologist. She and her staff are friendly and appear to truly care about their patients. Thank you..
Timely however did not get to a resolution for issue after many visits and testing. Also not so great bedside manner, rushed each awkward interaction, which can be overlooked if you get results. Neither unfortunatley received. Also called to have records transferred over and VM states office permanently closed - fyi.
Dr. Kaplan and her staff are very cordial and helpful. My wait time was minimal.
