I have been a member of this clinic for over a year now and just transitioned to the virtual care that they offer. I have been very happy at the fact that when I message the clinic, the patient care coordinator is there to answer any questions I may have or book any virtual appointment. Dr. Ellie is very personable and will see that you get the best care possible. Dr. Ellie Cares about ALL of her patients. She is AMAZING.

Por ahora Muy decepcionante experiencia Lamentablemente, mi visita a Reset Medical fue mucho peor de lo que esperaba. Desde el inicio hubo varios problemas que me hicieron sentir incómodo y poco valorado como paciente/client. En resumen: esperaba un servicio profesional, claro y bien organizado, pero esto no fue así en mi experiencia. No me sentí bien atendido, ni valorado. Por ahora, no recomendaría Reset Medical — al menos, hasta que mejoren la gestión, la comunicación y la atención al cliente.
I am very pleased with the results! Since Oct 12, 2024, I have lost 45 lbs! I have so much more energy & losing the weight has definitely boosted my self esteem too. Thank you Amy Robinson, FNP! The expert guidance & support given has been top notch! It has been a wonderful health journey experience!
