I had a horrible experience with Rx Valet. I placed an order on 4/3/26 and was charged immediately. I called customer service on 4/14/26. After spending over 25 minutes waiting to talk to someone I requested a call back and received a call a few hours later and spoke to Chris. After another 20 minutes on the phone, Chris told me that they had not received the prescription from the pharmacy that originally filled the prescription. My on the phone experience with this company made me question whether it was a scam or a legitimate company. They'll call you out of the blue with no explanation of who they are or what they are calling about. Before you can ask any questions, they want your birthday. After you've provided that, its straight into your prescriptions. They're calling them by names I've never heard. I was confused and then there's silence. I say, "What?"
