My on the phone experience with this company made me question whether it was a scam or a legitimate company. They'll call you out of the blue with no explanation of who they are or what they are calling about. Before you can ask any questions, they want your birthday. After you've provided that, its straight into your prescriptions. They're calling them by names I've never heard. I was confused and then there's silence. I say, "What?" I do not have the proper words to explain how much I hate this company. I have spent HOURS on the phone trying to get my prescriptions mailed to me in a timely manner. This is an unnecessary middleman that does absolutely nothing to facilitate the process. No one ever has a clue what’s going on. I’m always being transferred to someone else. My prescriptions are always late or not in the system or something. RX Valet does nothing but make my life more difficult and annoying.

Again, I wish I could rate this lower than one. Rx Valet is nothing more than an unnecessary middleman who complicates the entire process by requiring enrollment through your work’s insurance. They’ve caused multiple lapses in my medication (currently going on over a week without it) and I’ve only used the service for about 6 months. Never get answers and no one has a clue of what’s going on.

Caring, professional staff and TOP NOTCH customer service!!! Save me so much on hard to find (and expensive) medications! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
