I had an infection in a finger. I signed in at reception, was seen promptly, prescribed an antibiotic, and was of there in no more than 20 minutes.

When I went in they examined me and then explained that I should probably go to the ER for further test. They contacted Wake Med North and sent over all my info which made the check in process really easy. It’s nice that RX Urgent is so close to the hospital. I was really grateful that they encouraged me to go the ER because I ended up needing surgery on my gallbladder. Thanks for making a difficult day less complicated.
