The waiting room is spacious and I always experience a short wait time. The staff listens to me and in a timely manner makes a diagnosis and recommendations.
I cannot say enough good about the urgent care in North Raleigh they are extremely professional friendly and caring and they make every effort to see you as soon as possible the discharge instructions are excellent and they actually electronically send in your prescription so there is a very short wait at the drugstore which I really appreciated since I was not feeling wellI would say the care was outstanding and I have a good perspective since I am a retired nurse

They were able to get me in and out in less than an hour and a half. They immediately sent over my prescriptions to my pharmacy and ready for pick up less than an hour later. they have different options and suggestions on what I can do to help.
