WARNING TO ALL - DO NOT TRUST THEM!!! Update: The owner of Rx Unlimited Pharmacy in North Hills, CA reached out to me personally the next morning after my initial contact. He was made aware of the issue by his staff and asked me to call him directly. After explaining my experience and him reviewing the issue with me, he acknowlaged that it was a mishap and he promptly resolved the issue. Really good customer service. There was a mixup with my order and there was going to be an extra day to deliver.. the owner made good on the original timing and made sure the medicine got delivered on the correct date. Would definitely continue to use this pharmacy

My MD sent a prescription to this pharmacy for compounding. I was informed that the specific prescription "had to be sent out for testing" and would not be available for 2 weeks. They were able to only fill 20% of the order when I picked it up. I asked to have them contact me as soon as the remainder of the order could be filled. I also advised them to note on my file that I would pick up the order which must remain refrigerated.
