Such a great option to have in the area! I spent roughly an hour here today. I used the contrast tub, sauna, and compression boots. That was only a few items that they had there! I definitely recommend calling and scheduling a tour or consultation with Nora or her staff. Either way, if you are active this is a most go to spot for you!

From the moment I walked in, working with Nora, great knowledge, awesome atmosphere. In my case, I am working on healing then will work towards increasing my performance and day to day recovery. I just got full hip replacement and use the compression therapy, and personal massage and cupping sessions, definitely driving better scar healing, faster mobility and recovery. Whether you are peak athlete, or just someone looking to get back to the best state as you age, this is worth your time!

Today's norm for growing athletes is overwhelming. More games than the pros. Recovery should be an essential part of your training regimen, just like putting your court shoes on. You will not regret it. Yesterday is not soon enough. Nora is a wizardess. Take advantage of her amazing knowledge base. You won't regret it!!

Great pricing and quality well kept equipment. Their staff is awesome and extremely helpful. Nice to see clients from high school to professional there and that is the way it should be. I think price point has a lot to do with that and it shows they are more focused on the athlete and their recovery vs personal gain. :)
