I have the Poseidon and Kronos ropes. Great quality! Exceptional customer service. There was a mix up with my order and a new rope was sent quickly. I'll add that I live in South Korea and the timing was pretty quick. Thanks!
I've had my Rx jump rope for awhile now, and have loved it, but could not for the life of me get a double under. Went to the Rx store today and did a one-on-one session with Joe for an hour...when I went in I couldn't do a single double under. After the hour was up I had done several! These guys go above and beyond in all aspects. They've always been super helpful, nice, and accommodating!
I have bought and used hi-end ropes (such as RPM and Rogue). The Rx Smart Gear jump rope definitely comes out on top being versatile, high quality and most importantly great customer support. Great company to deal with!
Got online to order a rope but called before I hit the send button I called to ask if two day really meant two day delivery, well the service rep told me he would rush the order to go ahead and spend the money on the two day delivery and they would have it to my door on Friday. Ok this is a custom made jump rope and it is coming from California and is going to be in Texas on my doorstep by Friday and is now Tuesday afternoon i don't think so but lets give them a chance. These are the highest quality jump ropes around. If you are having trouble with double unders then try these. I was getting them the first day of use
