Rx Smart Gear has great products but even more so they have great customer service. I sent back a rope replacement prior to going on extended travel internationally with the expectation to have a replacement upon my return. Long behold the package I sent back was never received by Rx. I sent an email to Customer Service and received a response within 2 hours from Candace. CANDACE IS AWESOME!!!!
