Dr is pushy took a month to get a appt. Way over priced have to pay extra for warranty. Not willing to work with customer if late. Never keep a Dr staffed at all times. I will never use ANY Rx Optical in ANY town.
Wow. Just wow. HORRIBLE customer service!!! Truly unacceptable.
When a 6 year old comes in for an appointment and was 7 minutes late,yet no one else is there waiting to see the doctor,and you cancel their appointment,is unexcusable. Would have been different if others were there waiting,but no one was? I would never recommend you to anyone,in fact would advise otherwise.
