Recently I received complete surgery recovery care from Rx HealthCare Services. I received healthcare (RN, LVN, PT, CHHA) and caregiving, along with administrative tending (Manager, Coordinator and office staff.) All Rx HealthCare staff members kind and professional in team pursuit of my successful recovery. Questions answered, optimism provided, genuinely served. Interactions with staff members considerately memorable.
RX Healthcare has been a wonderful support for my dad at his independent living facility. Their team is warm, responsive, and genuinely caring. They have been flexible with his needs and have gone above and beyond to assist him with things that make his day-to-day life easier. Rx Care is apparently under the impression that they can create willy nilly forms and force employees to sign away their clear CA labor rights during the onboarding process. If you’re intelligent to recognize these clear violations of CA labor code 1050, 1052, (see form below) and ned a moment for clarification, like me, expect for your offer to be rescinded. Unfortunately this care agency uses aggressive, coercive sells tactic trying to attract old vulnerable people to their overpriced services. $43 per hour was offered to us by supervisor of Bear Hollow facility. When I declined their help referring to this price - director of agency Jennifer Badillo threatened me to report of not sufficient care I’m giving to my partner pushing my partner and me ( as his POA) to sign contract with their agency. Rx Healthcare is AMAZING! They have been top notch in communication, follow up and getting us the home health nurse. The nurses have shown up on time and been very informative. They have also been very good in showing us what needs to be done. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs home health needs.
